Val Flewelling

Val brings a lifelong love of creativity and a strong connection to her community to her work at EXIT Realty Platinum. A self-taught graphic artist, she enjoys creating thoughtful designs that help tell a story.

Val lives in Jacksontown, NB, with her husband, Matt, Electrical Supervisor at McCain’s Fry Plant. Together, they have built a simple life in a beautiful part of the River Valley and are proud parents of three grown children.

Creativity has always been part of Val’s life, from painting, sewing, floral design, and handwork to playing the piano and keyboard. She also enjoys learning new skills, with pottery being her latest pursuit.

Her involvement with 4-H began many years ago, supporting her children as they raised cattle and chickens. Today, she shares her sewing skills with the young quilters in the River Valley 4-H Club. Val also handles marketing and promotion for the Carleton County Spring Show & Sale and has helped run its Burger Contest for several years.

Whether she’s designing, making something by hand, or volunteering, Val enjoys putting her creativity to work and contributing to the community she calls home.
